Prices
Contractual remuneration:
- is given by an agreement between lawyer and client
- is based on:
- hour rate
(In the case of more difficult legal counsel is raised hour rate in dependence on severity of counsel or legal service.) - rate for each act
- in gross for longer term
Non-contractual remuneration:
- according to the order of the Ministry of Justice no. 177/1996
New case acceptance is usually joined with a reasonable advance on our services.
Insurance
Our law office is excess damage insured by Generali insurance company. We can negotiate higher limit insurance for a special case with a client.
